Chris Burns, leader of IDC

Chris Burns Chris Burns, founder of IDC Partners, began his career with AT&T's Computer Network Division. In 1991, after leading the division in sales for two years, Chris started IDC Partners.

Under Chris' leadership IDC Partners has grown from a five-person startup to a successful consulting firm. Chris considers this to be his greatest accomplishment, "creating job opportunities out of nothing." He continually instills in everyone the critical importance of providing the highest levels of customer service. Chris' commitment to his employees and clients has created a positive, team atmosphere. This philosophy has enabled IDC Partners to develop partnering relationships with companies such as SEI Investments, Penn Mutual and Aramark.

Chris attended West Chester University with majors in Marketing and Computer Science. A finalist in the 1999, 2000 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and a 40 under 40 Philadelphia Business Journal award recipient, he is a board member for the Philadelphia Police Athletic League (PAL). Chris is active in the YMCA, UCP and the United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania.

Bob Feehery, business process leader

Bob Feehery Bob Feehery has been with IDC Partners since its founding in 1991. He is the consulting leader responsible for IDC Partners' historical success in service delivery. His innovative approach has played an integral role in the development of methodologies to ensure service delivery accountability and streamlining processes to improve operational efficiency.

Through his tenure at IDC Partners, Bob has transitioned through various roles – from Service Department Manager to Systems Engineer, Project Manager, Infrastructure Practice Director to his current role. Bob has a broad based experience in all facets of operational support for various client partners. His experience with companies in the health care, financial services and communications markets provides a solid foundation to support our partners by delivering methodology-based operational support, leveraging defined metrics and standards to improve performance. Bob is a graduate of LaSalle College with a BS in Sociology.

Ginnie Stouffer, VP of Consulting

Ginnie Stouffer Ginnie Stouffer, VP of Consulting and Director of the Business Continuity Planning Practice, joins IDC Partners with a proven track record in applying technology to business needs. She has been successfully involved in projects of varying size and complexity, and has over twenty years of industry experience ranging from data center designs to application conversions on new IT platforms for multiple corporations.

Ginnie's wide background has provided a strong foundation for her work developing, auditing and supporting business continuity plans. Ginnie has been trained by Strohl Systems on their L.D.R.P.S. and BIA products and has used these products extensively in her business continuity work as a user and as a consultant. Her successful involvement in projects, consisting of enterprise wide business continuity plans, business and technology assessments, security audits, policy development, PC roll outs, 'cradle to grave' hardware management testifies to her broad experience to projects of varying size and complexity.

Ginnie is one of 154 professionals in the world that holds a Master Business Continuity Professional (MBCP) certification. She is also recognized as a Member, Business Continuity Institute of the UK (M.B.C.I).

Tiffany Johnson, marketing leader

Tiffany Johnson Tiffany started with IDC Partners in 1998 and is responsible for company's marketing strategies, lead generation, and client retention programs. Her background in both b2b and consumer marketing includes plan development, corporate identities, website strategy and project management, product development and promotions, as well as event planning.

Tiffany has provided marketing consultation to IDC Partners clients in addition to serving a marketing advisory role to other Philadelphia area businesses. She is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a dual degree in English and Communications.
