The Executive Stewardship Seminar is designed to raise the awareness level of senior management to their fiduciary and executive "care of duty" responsibility for business continuance. This offering will empower senior management with the right questions to ask their staff to determine where their company is in Business Continuity Planning. Similarily, we developed an Executive Stewardship focused specifically on Information Security awareness.
Business Continuity TAP™ is a service offering built on a pre-defined question set focused on Business Continuity preparedness. The scope of this offering is one day (a full 8 hours) on site for interviews and documentation review. The information will be as simulated into a formal report that will provide the client with business continuance recommendations. This offering provides the business client with a clear understanding of their current ability to recover from a temporary business interruption to a full disaster. We also developed a similar TAP™ service offering to evaluate Information Security.
